re Serendipity: Anyone who posts anything even mildly questioning of this paragon of dog handling practice is threatened with a law suit, and it's all on his orders, apparently. She is masquerading as a species of legal secretary cum media monitor.

She claims to be in constant contact with Martin Grime, and he is in such a litigious mood that without her intervention Lamberton's forum, himself and his posters are risking everything. He is ready to defend his reputation and she is privy to details of his employment which have already been refused by SYP when an FOI request was made.

If true, it's extraordinary behaviour by Grime and if it isn't.......she needs locking up.

As the forum expert on the Libel trial would it be possible for Anne Guedes to comment on the situation in Lisbon?
I am aware that she has not posted for a month or so but see that she is online daily.
I would much appreciate some indication from her as to what is going on with th trial.

Has the trial concluded? If so what was the result?
If the trial has not concluded does Anne Guedes know any details regarding when it might continue?

If specifics are not known, then is the apparently unexplained interruption to proceedings unusual in Portuguese cases similar to this one?

Two options here.

Either the best term to use in relation to the poster Opposing Pat is "Thick as the proverbial...." or that poster is on deliberate wind up to disrupt the thread for some reason. No other option really could explain the stupid question.
