Must check if my post is still standing about car doors being sealed. If she cant understand that a door that keeps storm water out is sealed, then dunno what to think of her. When thinking about it, I cant understand how the dog reacted to any scent coming thru a sealed door. It is not as though there was any differences of pressure even to force air out.

Carana:  I don't quite understand the purpose of this forum. You state that you were a victim of a miscarriage of justice, yet you don't seem to be open to the idea that this case may have also been a miscarriage of justice.

I'm well aware that people sometimes say that their child has been kidnapped to hide a death due to abuse or whatever. However, in the case of Joana Cipriano, I can't find anything that would substantiate that.

If your Portuguese contacts are willing to translate, perhaps you could ask them to translate the witness statements retained by the Supreme Court before pre-trial media speculation?

If we are after finding Miscarriages of Justice, then there cannot be a more unjust trial than the one that Leonor and Joao went through.  Yet here we have an example of all the injustices being swept under the table ... hidden and ignored.

Tragic.

It seems to me that much of MoJ is about supporting Amaral at any cost.  Sweep anything away that questions his actions and make out that they are negated by, in this case, a dodgy Court case that should not have been allowed to happen in an Democracy.

A  Court case based on

1) tortured out so called evidence,  FGS
2) No forensics
3) the theory/word of Amaral, a convicted perjurer / liar ... and his dodgy mate Cristavao currently allegedly soon to be standing trial on seven very nasty charges
