Let me explain that one. As a parent, if your child is missing, all you really have is hope and you cling to that. Why would you believe the yapping of dogs when there is no other proof at all? Why would you abandon hope and the search for your child on the grounds of yapping dogs?

You would, would you? Give up on your child because a dog barked?
