SYKES' TAKE ON - MORE GROUNDHOG DAYS (YEARS)

Many of you will have seen the film 'Groundhog Day' where Bill Murray relives, again and again, one day in his life.   It seems that many of the anti-McCanns are in fact reliving their own Groundhog Day - or should that be Years?   For example, the recycling of old, discredited myths is reaching saturation point.   Then there are those who share their dreams with us, fantasies that there will be arrests soon - and we know who those will be - while others weave the most fantastic webs, citing all who dare to offer help to the parents of a missing child as being 'IN IT', though for the life of me I still cannot fathom exactly what 'IT' is!   We have one poster who is recycling his old rubbish non-stop, another who is again stamping down hard with her patent leather jackboots on anyone who dares to rebel, and begging bowls out from others for cash, any cash, BitCoins, etc.   An Internet "TV' is on its last legs and posters are dredging up old, long forgotten material from now defunct sites when they are not issuing threats.   And copious reams of ridiculous theories and 'proof' are still flooding the Police email boxes.    Oh, and we must not forget the personal attacks on the police investigating the case, let alone the dragging in, yet again, of the Royal Family.   The fantasy which made me laugh the longest was that Gerry McCann operated on Princess Diana when she was injured in Paris, and that is why he and his wife, and anyone else the loons can think of, are protected.   And by whom?  The present Government, Tony Blair, Gordon Brown and the last Government (Labour), Pope Benedict (though he seeems to have removed them from his FB, so he must believe them guilty), all the police forces in the UK and so on - you get my drift?   There are many horrible things happening around the world, surely the energies of these stalkers and trolls could be put to better use - ah, but I forget, they would lose their right to bully, harrass and threaten because they would have to come out from behind their screens and face reality.
