If there is no problem for amoral with taxation, why are they not giving it straight to him?

Why is it going via his mates?

They are aiding him to evade tax, and are complicit, surely?

As his mates are not a charity, will they be declaring it as income?

I am sorry if the article upset you.

I think we need to make clear here that this is a couple who lost their little girl in tragic circumstances, a heart-breaking event in anybody’s life, but made worse by the accusations that have been made against them personally but which have never been proven. They have never been charged with anything.

Kate and Gerry McCann have just been awarded 500,000 Euros in libel damages by a Portuguese court against Gonçalo Amaral, who accused them of faking their daughter’s abduction.

In the circumstances the newspaper is entitled to editorialise that those who accuse the couple of crimes are behaving in an unsubstantiated way. Online messages supporting Mr Amaral are frequently cruel and critical of the McCanns. In tabloid terms that is called ‘trolling’.

The article does not claim that everybody who donates to the fund is a ‘troll’. Some are just people who believe that Mr Amaral has been badly treated. However, some contributors do qualify.
I do not believe that the Editors’ Code of Practice has been breached in this instance.

Gerald Bentley Yes a complaint went to the PC who I am still waiting to hear from. For some reason it went via The Sun. Kennedy is an employee of The Sun so I wasn't expecting anything else from her. She's only a parrot.

This is a 'journalist' hoping to raise money for Gonzo by doing stories on their news website in Portugal. Baulch has already been dropping heavy hints that they will do another 'news' story on the Save Goncalo's Arse Fund, and then this:

The problem is Faithlilly, you have become so mired in this case over the years you see huge significance in every detail, and nefarious motives where none exist. You should rest your brain, take a break from the case for a year or two, allow common sense and perspective to return and then you might see things more clearly.

Next time there are benefit cuts and the daily mail etc are doing a benefit Britain type story I hope they single out some of the antis. A story about how they sit around collecting benefits whilst spending all day working at a hate campaign which came up with ideas such as chasing a bereaved (because alive or not Kate has lost Madeleine) mother wearing masks of her child's face, and using the child to con money out of the public to did their hate campaign would cause outrage.

ETA I see Leanne baulch, chav thicko in chief at the moment, is boasting that using madeleine's birthday was a great way to obtain money. Strange, so much support for amaral that they had to use madeleine to trick people thinking their donation was being used to find her.

Yes they are, all funds are deposited directly to the PJGA bank account. We have now raised £16,000.

Ben Perrin from The Sun Newspaper asked if I would give him an interview when the fund reaches £25K. Hope this clears up some confusion.

The donation was made in her name, obviously Isabel did not donate. I made that comment anonymous.

We had sleepless nights for years and a security routine to check doors and windows before sleep. Their anxiety and distress caused by your lies. I donated £5 back then to the school fund for you as at the time I thought you were genuine human beings. I cuddled and calmed them as I believed the fiction too. I even saw message saying 'help Madeleine' how a donation to a fund set up for a Police Officer who wrote Madeleine off would help Madeleine, I really do not know, could you tell me?

Baulch: The purpose of the fund is very clear, the reason people choose to donate is down to them. I found the messages left to be very kind, especially towards Madeleine. People are standing with Goncalo, to see justice served for Madeleine. He is the one man that has stood by his beliefs, in order to get the truth for Madeleine McCann, and I believe will continue to do so.

Baulch: It is my belief, after analysing the court report, it was very much in favour of Goncalo. I am not privy to any of the information relating to the appeal, although even if I was, I don't think discussing it on an open forum is advisable.
