Rach Williams Admin do a great job. Not every post can be accepted, every post can generate hundreds (some 400+) of comments which have to be monitored by them. Which is why they try and keep posts to the minimum - especially when 10 posts could be saying things along the same line. Just remember, we aren't paying them to do this.
