8.30pm - McCanns arrived at tapas restaurant.-
10.00pm - Kate discovers Madeleine has 'disappeared'.

'ABDUCTION' scenario -
8.30pm - Arrive at tapas
9.00pm - Matthew checks outside
9.05pm - Gerry checks inside
9.10pm -9.15pm - Gerry chats with Jez Wilkins
9.10pm - 9.15pm Abductor enters apartment through the same door that Gerry has just exited (and according to Jez Wilkins they are still stood next to gate) SMALL WINDOW OF OPPORTNITY!
9.15pm - Jane sees 'abductor'
9.30pm - Matthew enters apartment
10.00pm - Kate searches apartment - Madeleine missing.

Possible SIMULATED ABDUCTION scenario
8.30pm - McCanns arrive at tapas.
9.05pm- 9.15pm (10 mins) Gerry returns to apartment and finds Madeleine dead.
* Deals with shock
* Makes decision to fake an abduction and hide Madeleines body
* Body remains behind sofa long enough for blood to leak through tiles
* Moves body after blood leaked through tile behind sofa, to cupboard in McCann's bedroom.
* Body remains in bedroom long enough for CADAVER odour to emit. (up to 90 mins after death)
* Kates clothes, red tshirt, Bible, cuddlect in vicinity of body long enough to emit scent.
* Cleans area behind sofa
9.15pm -
* Exits apartment to chat with Jez Wilkins for 5 minutes acting normally.
* Returns to tapas 9.20pm
9.30pm
* Matthew Oldfield enters apartment and finds nothing suspicious.
* Gerry leaves tapas at some point to take Madeleine's body to temporary resting place
* Attempt to jemmy shutters
* Moves body to garden long enough for CADAVER ODOUR to exist
* Walks through streets carrying Madeleine's body and seen by Martin Smith.
* Returns by 10.00pm acting normally
* Kate goes to apartment - Madeleine missing.

3)
Possible EARLIER DEATH scenario
* Madeleine dies
* Blood behind sofa under tiles and area cleaned
* Body moved to closet in bedroom .
* CADAVER odour emits (up to 90 mins after death) Kates clothes, cuddlecat, bible, garden.
* Decision made to fake abduction.
* Friends alerted
* Kate grieves
* Everyone grieves
* Madeleine's body moved (possibly by car as police asked many witnesses if they saw McCanns in car during holiday?)
* Preparations in place for SIMULATED ABDUCTION
* 8.30pm Thursday May 3rd McCanns go to tapas restaurant
8.30pm-10.00pm PREPARATION (attempt to jemmy shutters etc?)
* 10.00pm Kate alerts to Madeleine missing and and FAKE ABDUCTION STORY underway.....

Hutton now claiming that the McCanns are trying to suppress her book which "exposes prolific child abuse" and there have been reactions to it:-

This is a serious and innuendo-laden false accusation (I doubt the McCanns are even aware of her book).
