I am not sure why we are discussing this, or even why a thread on this was started.
It is patently obvious that 'our' Dr Kate McCann has not written any such book - someone else has - so the title of the thread is misleading to members and guests alike.
Someone has obviously engineered a very cunning and well-executed spoof here, and gone to quite a lot of trouble to do that.
Who, I wonder, would have enough time on their hands and would want to waste people's time like this?
Isn't it overdue for this thread to be locked?
