Three comments:  

1.   How handy that the nice policeman, on that bizarre form, told them to read the dodgy translations of the PJ files.

2.   Might have helped if the photoshopper had spelled Robbyn correctly.

3. They're in a frenzy over this, convincing themselves it means the amateur translations are accurate.
