Tony Bennett Today at 10:35 am
If any one of these 8 witnesses had any useful information to yield up about Madeleine's disappearance, would they not have been quietly arrested by the PJ, interviewed, and statements taken - and duly passed to SY for them to have a look at?
Not only is Bennett a bumbling old fool who cannot work out today's date without somebody wiping the dribble from his chin but there isn't a tad of logic in what he posts.
He completely ignores or simply doesn't have the faintest clue about the legal hoops that had to be gone through in order for these interviews to take place, the time it takes for such hoops and the nature of the cooperation necessary for such interviews.
But more importantly he dismisses these witnesses as having no useful information because the interviews were not done quietly by the PJ alone, behind closed doors. He seems to think the presence of SY is superfluous.
I wonder why he has never been as dismissive of the earlier Rogatory interviews which were not held quietly, and where the PJ were in attendance.
The procedures are virtually the same. One police force assisting another in their inquiries. Bennett is lashing out but there is no logic in his actions. He has no qualms about things being done in a particular way when it is done against the McCanns or their friends but when the same thing is done against other suspects he thinks it is of no value and dismisses it.
Is it any wonder that Tony Bennett. the Harlow Hounder has not succeeded in anything at all during his miserable existence of poking and picking at everything which he has pruriently latched onto over the years?
It's glaringly obvious that Bennett and reality have long been strangers; he seems to be totally clueless as to how the REAL police operate.
Just like that notorious 'ex-superintendent' sidekick of his that didn't even know the most basic criminal laws of England and Wales.
