Dear readers, do any of you remember the 3 Arguidos aka 3As?   Like Rome, it fell heavily, due to the rabid posts allowed, nay encouraged, on there but also to the attitude of the Admin whose stamping down on Free Speech caused many members who mainly read and very rarely posted and those who were terrorised each time they made a comment that was at variance with the 'Party Line' to go elsewhere.   It has now come to my notice that a certain forum is going down the same path, with a new dictat that all posts will now be pre-read by the mods before they can be displayed.  Other draconian measures are also being imposed, which is a shame as the forum itself was, until it decided to get involved with the Madeleine McCann case, an interesting place to visit for information on a large number of subjects re the law. justice or the lack thereof etc.  One remembers a certain Australian football forum which, having started a thread on this thorny and controversial subject, and on being flooded with all kinds of theories, insults, threats etc, finally lost patience and locked the thread.  A wise and sensible decision as it was a forum devoted to football, not missing children.  Over in the Bunker, the Jackbooted One is off again, banging on about arguidos, Scotland Yard etc, etc, etc.  Mentioning the fact that it's All Quiet on the McCann Front she is offering Quiz night... Disco night ... Bible quiz..
