The question of Twitter abuse is to be raised in Parliament this Autumn in relation to the question of child protection. That does not limit the questioning of the bosses of Twitter by MPs to matters relating to childrens' use of the site.
There is also a petition (with numbers the anti scum could only dream of) online which is calling on Twitter to add a report button as a matter of urgency.
I suggest everyone who has seen the kind of filth, abuse, libel and indeed physical threats posted online by the Anti McCann SCUM should publicise this petition as widely as possible and should sign it as soon as possible.

That's it: resort to the Press Complaints Commission to whinge that the Star got it all wrong when every body can see that the got it absolutely right. That's really clever of you!
And then turn the reality on its head and try to pretend that it is only a few questions these people are asking and its really the naughty pro McCanns who are abusive. Just two little problems with this bonkers view of things. When challenged no anti McCann can ever produce any abuse from pros which in any way matches the filthy obscenity of the anti McCann Tweeters and Facebookers. And secondly the very page on which this is being posted is absolutely full of rancid so-called humour from these peoples' own online buddies. Everybody reading the page they are posting this garbage on can see for themselves that they are not just innocent questions but are posting filthy abuse about the McCanns in images and words (and even in their IDs there). They must have all been reading that book so popular with the Antis, "How To Make Yourself Look and Utter Prat in Simple Words".
