Whiney Win and Taitohead are two of the biggest hypocrites and whingers on Twitter.

Trolls shouldn't get their hopes up for Friday...It isn't rocket science to understand that the verdict imo will most likely be something in the order of........ BL's mind was already disturbed due to her history / family problems....then to be exposed for posting vile abuse about the McCanns and anyone who showed support for them..thousands of times over....And then to say that she was "entitled to do so" ......maybe it finally hit home to her that this behaviour was not normal..
I don't think that the Coroner will fail to notice that suicide was committed on a close family members Birthday..... ...Suicide is an awfully sad and disturbed thing to do.....but choosing that particular day ....Why?

Leyland had through her own efforts outed herself as a troll and it was humiliating for her? She wasn't stupid so she knew how shameful her behaviour was, she also knew that everyone she knew would read about what a loser she was. How her husband left her, how one son refused to have anything to do with her, how the other son chose to live thousands of miles away, how her life consisted of trying to harass the mccanns to the point she sent tweets directed to the twins by name.

I bet twitter wasn't the only place where she spouted her hatred of the McCanns and her accusations. Did she even have a real life, with real friends?
And lets not forget that after she was interviewed by Brunt, her hater friends dropped her like a hot potatoe, some even attacked her for what she's said to Brunt.
She probably finally realized what kind of 'friends' these haters are and how they lie and attack innocent people.

Two journalists will be called as witnesses today at an inquest in to the death of an alleged internet "troll" who was found dead in a hotel room.

The body of Brenda Leyland, 63, was discovered in Leicester last October, two days after she featured in a Sky News report exposing online abuse directed at the parents of missing girl Madeleine McCann.

An inquest, being held by Leicester coroner Catherine Mason, is expected to hear evidence from Sky News' crime correspondent Martin Brunt and its head of newsgathering, Jonathan Levy.

Police officers, a toxicologist and a doctor are also due to give evidence at the one-day hearing at Leicester Town Hall.

The body of Mrs Leyland was discovered in Enderby, Leicester, on October 4.

Mrs Leyland, from Burton Overy, Leicestershire, is reported to have posted thousands of messages on Twitter attacking the McCanns, whose daughter Madeleine disappeared in Portugal in 2007.

Two Sky News journalists will give evidence today at an inquest into the death of an alleged internet "troll" accused of abusing the parents of Madeleine McCann.
Crime correspondent Martin Brunt and head of newsgathering Jonathan Levy will be called as witnesses into the death of Brenda Leyland.
The 63-year-old's body was found in a hotel room in Leicester last October, two days after she featured in a Sky News report exposing online abuse directed at Kate and Gerry McCann.

She had faced widespread condemnation after being exposed for posting thousands of messages on Twitter attacking the McCanns, whose daughter Madeleine disappeared in Portugal in 2007.
Tweets from the @sweepyface account had said that the McCanns should suffer “for the rest of their miserable lives”.
Mrs Leyland, a mother-of-two from Burton Overy, Leicestershire, was asked by Mr Brunt why she was attacking the couple and responded that she was “entitled to”.
She was informed that she had been reported to the police and that officers were considering an apparent campaign of abuse against the couple by her and other online “trolls”.
She responded that was “fair enough”.
Mr Brunt said he had later been invited into Mrs Leyland’s home, where she told him she had questions for the McCanns but hoped she had not broken the law.
Police officers, a toxicologist and a doctor are also due to give evidence at the one-day hearing, held by Leicester coroner Catherine Mason at Leicester Town Hall.
A pre-inquest hearing heard that no one was facing any criminal action over Mrs Leyland's.

Sky News reporter Martin Brunt has told the Brenda Leyland inquest that he traced her from a police dossier using basic Internet search techniques.

He and a cameraman waited outside her house and approached her. When Brunt asked her why she was saying things about the McCanns she replied "I'm entitled to."

After the confrontation on camera Brunt stayed in Burton Overy to get shots.

He approached her again later same day and she invited him in for an off camera chat.

Brunt told the inquest Leyland told him she tweeted about McCanns because she had concerns about fundraising.

She seemed relaxed - I offered her the opportunity to do a full interview but she declined. I told Brenda Leyland we would use the "engagement" we'd had outside on camera.....she seemed to accept that. After our meeting Leyland told me over the phone, prior to the news item being aired 'oh I have thought about ending it all but I'm feeling better now - I've had a drink and I've spoken to my son in LA.' I was devastated to find out that Brenda Leyland was dead."

The police revealed that she had two cans of helium.  Searches on devices were about helium and suicide. She had alcohol, drugs and helium in bloodscreen.

Her son said she had a history of mental illness and had threatened suicide in past. She had convo with son, who thought Sky report had contributed.

She told Brunt on phone that she felt much better and he thought she had just made a throwaway remark.

Psychiatrist said no-one speaking to her would have known about her history of mental illness.

The Sky News presenter who confronted 'Twitter troll' Brenda Leyland has spoken at her inquest of his "devastation" after finding out she had taken her own life days after she had told him she had thought about "ending it all".

Martin Brunt has spoken at the full inquest into Ms Leyland's death, which has been taking place today at the Town Hall, in Leicester.

Ms Leyland took was found dead in a Leicester hotel room on October 4.

Her death came after Mr Brunt had confronted her about abusive tweets she had sent to the Gerry and Kate McCann, following the disappearance of their daughter, Madeline.

Mr Brunt confronted Ms Leyland on September 29.

He told the inquest how he and a cameraman waited outside her home in ** for three hours, waiting for Ms Leyland to appear.

When Ms Leyland came out of her house, he approached her, along with the cameraman and asked her: "Why are you using your Twitter account to attack the McCanns?"

He told how she initially turned away and then turned back and said: "I'm entitled to".

The following day, on October 1, Mr Brunt called Ms Leyland to tell her the footage would be broadcast.

During the phone call, Ms Leyland said to Mr Brunt: "I have been thinking about ending it all but I'm feeling better now."

Mr Brunt told the inquest how he thought this was just a "throwaway comment".

Coroner Catherine Mason today recorded a verdict of suicide.

Ms Leyland died from a helium overdose.

A woman who "trolled" the family of Madeleine McCann on Twitter overdosed on helium days after she was challenged over the abuse by reporters, an inquest has heard.

The ruling came down today that Brenda Leyland committed suicide, that no one else was else was involved in causing her death. Already there are those who say they will never accept the ruling, that they have no doubts Brenda was murdered. Others accept the suicide ruling but believe that there are those who are responsible for pushing Brenda to the edge, in a sense, pushing her off the cliff. I certainly see their point of view; Brenda might be alive today if Martin Brunt hadn't doorstopped her, if the newspapers hadn't run a vicious campaign of name-calling, labeling Brenda a troll in large black letters across the top of tabloids, perhaps, if she hadn't been targeted by certain pro-McCann groups that turned over a certain list to the McCanns/Summers&Swan/SKY/the police/whomever that started the ball rolling.

But, as far as the manner of death is concerned, there is a large gap between criminal behavior and bad behavior. Just as Brenda Leyland's tweets did not meet the standard of criminal behavior, those who outed Brenda did not commit any criminal acts as far as I can see, just rather mean ones. Now, defamation is another matter and this is a civil one which Brenda Leyland's family can decide to pursue or not.

But I want to discuss the matter of suicide, why people choose this option and how often families and others often refuse to accept this manner of death as what really happened, why they so often believe someone has gotten away with a homicide staged as a suicide.

First, to why people commit suicide; because it brings an end to the struggle, whatever struggle it is. Often, the full depth of that struggle is not apparent which is why the act of suicide comes as such a shock to those around the deceased. They might have understood that the victim had problems or was depressed, but they don't believe that it was so bad that the person would have taken his or her own life. Interestingly, sometimes they are actually right, but the person who has committed suicide lacked the ability to put things into perspective; that whatever misery they feel today may blow over in a couple of weeks, or they are overfocusing on the negative, or everyone in life experiences bad blows. Some people can handled massive trauma and others are felled by the slightest misfortune; people are very different but families and friends often can't fathom someone taking their life over something they think could have been weathered.

Brenda Leyland could have refused to talk to Martin Brunt. She could have shut down her Twitter account, stayed away from the Internet, and taken a vacation to the Canary Islands until all the nastiness in the news had blow over. She could have then returned to friends and family and taken up the rescue of abandoned animals. She could have, but she didn't. She simply couldn't stand the pain she found herself in after being thrashed in the media and she decided to remove herself from ever having to deal with it or think of it again. This is the way suicide happens.

But, some just won't believe it, in spite of no evidence to the contrary. Brenda had contemplated suicide; she said so to Martin Brunt. She researched ways to kill herself. She bought implements with which to take her own life. She went to a private place where she would not be disturbed. She carried out her wish to end her time on earth. There is zero evidence of anyone else in the room who assisted her in any way nor is there any evidence of trauma which might indicate someone forcefully took Brenda's life.

I can't tell you how many obvious cases of suicide are brought to me by family who claim their loved one was murdered. It doesn't matter to them that the death occurred behind a locked door, that there was no sign of violence, that there was a three page suicide note left beside the body written in the victim's handwriting, that the deceased had spoken of suicide prior to taking their life or had actually attempted suicide prior to this successful suicide. They cannot accept that the victim needed to go to this extreme, that if they had been that desperate, the family would have known it and they would have helped them.

And, I think, in the end, this is why the family refuses to accept a suicide ruling; they feel guilty. They feel like they should have, could have done something. They should have known their loved one was in such a bad way, they should have, oh, why didn't they know? Were they too involved in their own lives, did they brush off their loved one when they had asked for help? Did they roll their eyes or scoff at them when they spoke of their problem being so bad? Did they tell them to get over it, move on with their lives, grow a backbone? Did they tell them their significant other wasn't worth moaning about? Did they push them too hard in school? Did they, did they, did they? The recriminations go on because the truth of the matter is, you often have no idea if a person is ready to jump, really jump, this time.

Who knows if during another week or month of her life Brenda Leyland would have chosen to tell everyone to sod it and go off on a cruise around the world? Who knows if Brenda didn't have a myriad of other problems and this was just the straw that broke the camel's back? Who knows if the same treatment had been meted out to another "troll" that this person might have not have stood up and fought back? Who knows? None of us.

My prayers go out to the family of Brenda Leyland in the wake of this tragedy. Whether they want to pursue a civil course of action is entirely up to them. But, as far as a criminal matter, this case is simply not one.
