Short version of all this.
Two numty admins, Ben Thompson and Blondie, went to one of the Lisbon court dates. Some other numty, Leanne Baulch or summat, loaned Ben £400 for the trip, as seemingly he's unemployed and really does live in his mum's basement.
They come back from Lisbon and promptly fall out. He doesn't repay the £400, Blondie claims he 'fancied' her, usual hater antics ensued, with them all threatening each other, running to the police, Blondie getting people to pretend to be policemen to threaten him, etc.
Blondie is playing the victim, as usual.
