This public letter [see posts above] was written to the (9) nine partners of UK legal firm representing the McCann’s, Carter Ruck. The firm has failed to respond to the letter, paving the way legally for twin siblings Sean and Amelie McCann to be informed that their sister Madeleine lies possibly buried below the Murat rear gravel driveway.

By law if the person in the letter after it is proved that he/she received the letter, fails to respond, it is accepted that he/she accepts the terms and conditions contained in the letter.

I can now only assume that the child is under the Murat driveway and the legal firm cannot react !

In time to come, my legal team will dramatically increase pressure on Carter Ruck to respond. Bear in mind that the email was send to members of the UK press and all 9 partners of Carter Ruck.

For a breathtaking display of the hypocrisy of the Twitter goons, look at them "worrying" about the harm Birch might be doing to the twins.

We have said for years that the 'doubters' attempts to destroy the twins' relationship with their parents is sick. They openly post about how they can't wait 'for them to find out the truth'.

They have shown ZERO regard for any harm to those children as they post their bile and support those who have been making sick photoshopped images of the their parents on a daily basis. You simply can't demonise their parents and blitz social media with allegations of lying, fraud and even child abuse without cauing enormous harm.

When Birch first showed up they fell over themselves to suck up to him, because he appeared to have money and a big mouth.

At least Birch is obviously raving mad. In some respects that can be less of a threat than those who deliver a persistent drip, drip of lethal poison whilst pretending to "care".

These are the same people who have actively recruited people to help harass the family of the twins. Some of those people have threatened to harm the McCanns, and that's tolerated, and 'liked', and encouraged, until the press pick up on it, and then the antis 'distance' themselves from it.

Threatening to harm the McCanns, and harassing them, harms the twins. Always.

They bounced and welcomed Birch - ecstatic at the idea of Madeleine being dead.

They bounce at the idea of the twins getting older and seeing their posts on the net -ecstatic at the idea of them turning against their parents and signing up to join Baulch, Carrett et al.

They bounced when they posted the photo of the twins all over the net, exposing them to harm.

They don't give a damn about Madeleine or the twins.

They only care about their 'war' with their parents, and being seen as 'credible' in the eyes of the media, rather than the obsessed, vile trolls they are.

They're worried about being tarred with the same brush as Birch, but in reality there's no difference between them. None.

Do they honestly think the twins are going to listen to that lot? They have no doubt been brought up to be level headed children, they can quickly see that these people are lying in what they say, all they have to do is read what SY are saying, their parents are not suspects or persons of interest, that should be enough for the twins to rest assured their parents are innocent

In my opinion the twins should have been put into care or into a foster family, hundreds of miles away from Leicester.  After all there is no evidence so far that Madeleine was abducted and if something untoward did happen to her by people she trusted, the way they are living and the environment they are living in must be very toxic.  Their minds must be very messed up living in the shadow of "Madeleine" every day.

Hi Tony

Trust you well.

For the purposes of asking you this question can we put all differences aside pertaining to our beliefs regarding what happened to Madeleine, or whether my actions pertaining to informing the McCann sibling of Madeleine’s possible burial site is right or wrong.

Please only give me a legal answer to my legal question. I am familiar with South African law but have limited knowledge on UK law.

Here is my question. I have over several months written to all eight partners of Carter Ruck and advised them that I would be informing Sean and Amelie McCann that their sister lies possibly buried under the Murat rear gravel driveway. I have furthermore confirmed in correspondence to Carter Ruck’s eight partners, that should they fail to respond to my emails, it can only be assumed that they are in agreement for me to proceed to inform the siblings.

Under UK law, when we inform the underage siblings, does Carter Ruck still have grounds to bring a legal action against me, given the above ?

Your professional legal opinion would be appreciated.

My reply:

ANSWER:  If you were thinking of informing the twins by letter, your letter would of course be intercepted by the McCanns and the twins would never see it. So that would be a waste of your time, effort and postage costs.

If you attempted to inform them by any other means, I believe you could potentially be arrested for any one of the following: threatening behaviour, breaches of the Public Order Act 1986, and anti-harassment and/or anti-stalking legislation.

With reference to the Public Order Act 1986, look this up here:

and carefully note the following:

Section 4 - Fear or provocation of violence
Section 4A - Intentional harassment, alarm or distress  
Section 5 - Harassment, alarm or distress

I need hardly tell you that all of us over here who have read about your  idea of confronting the twins have recoiled on reading it. You would have no support for what you have in mind and if you are to pursue your obsession about a body being under Mrs Murat's driveway then you'll have to think about other ways of doing it.

Why does he think carter ruck can give permission for him to contact the twins? They are not their guardians, or representatives of their parents. They acted for the parents in libel proceedings. Asking their permission to contact the twins is akin to asking the solicitor who drew up your will for permission to contact your children. Nor in any case does not getting an answer constitute permission, no matter if he has claimed that in his letter. If he tries contacting the twins he will find himself in trouble for being a creepy child stalker. And depending on where he is he could get into trouble in south Africa. Trying to contact children who have nothing to do with you is never going to go well.
