These words from AR lend even more weight to the question WHY THEN DID THEY NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH UK POLICE SOONER, FOR THE SAKE OF THEIR CHILDREN AND TO PROTECT OTHER YOUNG WHITE BRITISH GIRLS ON HOLIDAY IN THE ALGARVE? OR GO TO THE MEDIA SCREAMING OUT THAT THESE HORRIFIC ASSAULTS WHICH HAD SHATTERED THEIR LIVES NEEDED INVESTIGATING AND PERHAPS LINKING TO THE DISAPPEARANCE OF A 3 YEAR OLD CHILD?
NONE HAD THE COMMON SENSE OR DECENCY TO MAKE A FUSS BY A SIMPLE PHONE CALL OR E MAIL TO A TABLOID OR NEWSROOM WHO WOULD HAVE PROTECTED THEIR IDENTITIES WHILST JUMPING ON THIS HUGE STORY? THESE PARENTS, LIKE THE PORTUGUESE POLICE NOW BEING CRITICISED IN THE MEDIA, WERE CONTENT TO ALLOW A PREDATORY PAEDOPHILE TO REMAIN ON THE LOOSE?
I DO NOT BELIEVE IT.
What were the other calls about, I wonder, which were not about sexual assaults on children?
