That jarred with me, too - it just doesn't sound like a phrase an American would readily use.

The whole thing just reminds me of one of Bennett's incomprehensible, endless posts, riddled with surmise built on a fallacious foundation

Sorry, getting bored with this stupid, ignorant woman. And it's not as though anyone of importance is going to pay any attention.

I've seen speculation othat she is using the Reasons as a basis for this; IMO, she may well be. It all seems very familiar; just a rehash of Bennett's old posts.

She's certainly brought nothing new to the table that I can see - beyond proving that the shutters CAN be opened from the outside, as has been said all along.

Something tells me that 'muck with' really isn't a common American phrase.....
