Joana Morais and Sonia Poulton both seem to be the same kind of people.
One was educated in the 60's hippy artist hangouts of Paris and beyond and the other took her education from the gangsta rap thugs of the 80s. Ms Poulton claims some kind of OU style part-time university education but it looks as if it was more therapy than education and I've no idea whether Ms Morais even went to school let alone university. Both seem fixated on a parent. Both seem to have image issues, one with bulimia and then overeating, one focused on presenting an image of herself twenty or more years out of date. Both seem attracted to men whose ability to tell the truth is zero, and who wander the world spreading lies and chaos.
And both these women seem to think they know better than the rest of the "thick" world, seem to think that only they can see the conspiracies and the wrongs and only they can be the ones to bring about change. Both seeing themselves as martyrs to a cause, willing to give up everything to fight their imaginary enemies. In short they are both egotistical women with illusions of their own importance. Both calling themselves journalists and though Ms Poulton seems to have some actual credits for her work in that area in the past her current role is as a blogger the same as Ms Morais. So they are just two bloggers who think they know better than others but in truth don't. Big mouths who shout a lot but no more intelligence or information than the average man in the street. And both inclined to be very nasty in their shouting sessions when their latent anger pokes through.
Another one in the same vein is Winnower1 from the States whose pedantic and whiny posts are an attempt to make her seem more intelligent and cultured than others but again, in truth, she is just hanging out with and absolutely condoning the dross of society who are pumping out obscenity and hate in equal measure. Three people who deserve pity as much as criticism. Three people who seem to be making up for things missing in their real lives by pretending to be important in the virtual world. Three people whose only contribution to society are blogs and internet tweets and posts full of lies and insanity.
