No-one can say she isn't a trier. After 3-4 years bleating her "fictionalised scenarios" about the McCann case, Pat Brown struggles to get more than 50 "likes" for her poison filled Facebook posts about the case*.
The last few years have pretty much seen her "career" take its final nose-dive and she seems reduced now to posting about how to live on a shoe-string and stay healthy when you can't afford health insurance. Now, an intelligent, rational person might consider cause and effect and try and work out what they are doing wrong, but Pat continues along her merry way, writing increasingly vitriolic and sometimes downright creepy articles which mock the disappearance of a child and her parent's desperate efforts to find her.
If you find that slamming your head against a concrete wall is giving you a headache, perhaps it's time to stop doing it?
* Since 1st May, the McCann's Facebook page for Madeleine has received 49.435 "likes". In the same period, Pat Brown received 210 "likes". 82 of these were in response to a post about her new baby grand-daughter.
Time for Ms Brown to wake up and smell the coffee.
ETA She offered her services to the mccanns early on and was rebuffed, which is why she is so bitter. Can you imagine how she could have used that association, she would have gone on major programmes, become known internationally etc ( at least in her mind). But they turned her down and now look at her.
