SYKES' TAKE ON - VANISHING AIRCRAFT, LAND GRABS, ZOMBIES, FACEBOOK BAN AND ANOTHER POEM

It has been quite an exciting week. The Malaysian airline mystery continues, with the Indian Sea now being the target search area. The Crimea is back in the arms of Russia after some skirmishing and Putin does his 'Grande Marche' down the hall of the Kremlin, after signing treaties there are bear hugs all round. Meanwhile the Ukraine signs an agreement with the EU for closer cooperation. On other fronts the latest update re Madeleine McCann has brought the haters out in force; the biggest laugh was over the 'supposed' suspect, the antis pouncing on the information with such glee that none of them seemed to have noticed a discrepancy in dates given in the tabloids - is there a zombie wandering around the Algarve? Can anyone tell the difference between a 'deep tan' and an African skin? There was also an announcement by a rabid hater that an injunction had been served against his facebook account, by the McCanns and Carter Ruck of course, effectively gagging him over anything to do with the case. When challenged by both pros and antis to post a screenshot of the injunction, he suddenly became ultra shy - from what I have read most posters do not believe his sorry tale! I am sure the actual reason for his facebook being closed is the posting up of explicit pornographic and sexual material being reported. Finally, Shopping Trolley Man posted up another of his so-called poems, Poet Laureate he ain't, that's for sure.
