In a brief note yesterday we mentioned the widow of the unfortunate tractor driver "already suing the people who made the claim and the doors in the AG department are banging loudly as people rush to distance themselves from it".
Some readers have inferred that we meant she is suing the newspaper. No. As should have been clear from the associated reference to reports of a panic in the Attorney-General's department, the people who made the claim are the police. Whether she'll succeed is another matter.
